East Mountain Area Plan, Bernalillo County, New Mexico - site analysis, goal setting and consensus building, and the development of a Comprehensive Area Plan for nearly 200,000 acres east of the Sandia Mountains in Bernalillo County. The plan was unanimously adopted by the Bernalillo County Commission and Albuquerque City Council and received the 'Best Comprehensive Plan' award from the New Mexico Chapter of APA in 1992.

Enchanted Skies Park Environmental Assessment, Grants, New Mexico - preparation of land use and visual resource analysis and coordination with Pueblo of Acoma for an Environmental Assessment of the Enchanted Skies Park. This park is located near Grants, New Mexico and is the first public park dedicated to looking at the dark night sky with publicly-accessible telescopes. Park also contains an astronomical research facility, tourist services, and Native American programs on the night sky.

The tracts vary from pristine landscapes to highly developed parcels; from less than .25 acre to 2,700 acres.

Mountain View Elementary School Outdoor Classroom, Albuquerque, New Mexico - preparation of a site plan for an outdoor classroom area including amphitheater, nature learning center, and wetlands area for an elementary school seeking legislative funds for site improvements. The project received an award in 1998 for landscaping from The Albuquerque Conservation Association (TACA) 'for contributing to the Urban Quality of Albuquerque'.
